The Investment and Real Estate Development BA program aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the real estate and real estate finance industries. The program's mission is two-fold: to empower students to make informed decisions in the realm of real estate and explore the financial aspects of various real estate transactions, encompassing residential and commercial property management as well as real estate development. The program has several general objectives, including fostering an understanding of real estate markets, practices, and institutions; providing students with insights into the legal environment surrounding real estate; developing their ability to evaluate real estate development opportunities in commercial markets such as residential, warehouse, retail, and industrial properties; and enhancing their analytical skills to solve complex problems related to real estate financing. Through a comprehensive curriculum, students are prepared to navigate and excel in the dynamic and multifaceted field of real estate.
